- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. They should be able to interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. They should be able to produce clear, detailed texts on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options. (CEF level B2)

- Assessment methods
- Requirements: active participation in the classes (a maximum of 2 absences is permitted), fulfilling the teacher's requirements (homework, mid tests, etc.), a final test (min. 60%) and an exam testing conversation skills (on online chat or orally, based on the student's preferences).
