- Course objectives
- The course consists of 3 basic parts. The first part is focused on the systemic definition of crisis, crisis management and specifics of crisis solving in e-banking. The second part concentrates on the systemic specification of risk factors of information security in the crisis management. The third part is focused on the systemic definition of security and solving crises situations in e-banking. The emphasis is put on analysing limit states of management systems in e-banking, explaining the concepts of the specific area of the crisis management and defining models of e-banking.
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- understand the crisis management of information and communication background for e-banking;
- apply the acquired knowledge to optimising models of crisis management of e-banking. - Syllabus

- Assessment methods
- The course is completed by an exam. In the first seminar students are supposed to choose the topic of their semester paper they will be working on in the course of the semester and be continuously enhancing it by adding new information. Formal requirements of the paper will be given in the second seminar. Each student must present his/her work in a selected seminar and be able to conduct a professional discussion about his/her topic.
