- Course objectives
- In this course, students will become familiar with EU Commission’s approach to selected cases from the following cases: (i) horizontal mergers, (ii) non-horizontal mergers, (iii) the abuse of a dominant position, (iv) cartels and tacit collusion (v) vertical restraints (vi) state aid.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing this course, students will be able to solve any competition case using qualitative and quantitative methods.
