Course objectives
Labour Law (PPPRP) The course is designed to give students the basic knowledge in the field of labour-law relations. Attention will be paid to the issue of employer-employee relations (particularly problems connected with origination and expiration of rights and duties of parties in such relations, duties of state authorities and employers in solving the issues of employment and retraining, authority of trade unions, collective bargaining and liability). Examination: written and oral.
