Basics of mathematical analysis, algebra, linear algebra. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- execute numerical processing of empirical data;
- solve mathematical problem using the computer;
- use appropriate stochastic tools for morphology of amorphous processes. - Syllabus

- Fitting a model function that is linear in the model parameters to data by minimizing the least-squares error in different metrics
