- Course objectives
- Student aquires the practical knowledge of team-leadership. He learns to plan and monitor ongoing work, and to estimate and control the budget, to organize SQA meetings etc. He maintains the record of project history and prepares final evaluation.

- Organisation of work for a team-project. Planning of financial and human resources. Work progress control. ISO 9002. Sofware quality assurance. Inspections.

- Assessment methods (in Czech)
- Výuka organizována formou semináře, ve kterém kromě přednášek budou prakticky realizovány dílčí úkoly. Zkouška je písemná. Posouzení úkolů zadávaných během semestru je součástí závěrečného hodnocení. Lectures are organised as seminars. After the teacher's introductory talk students solve assignments related to project planning and control. Evaluation is based on the written exam and on the evaluation of the assignements solved during semestr.
