- Course objectives
- The course is focused to analysis, design and development of geographic information systems (GIS), to modeling of corresponding business processes, functions and data. The course describes basic phases of GIS projects and processes of project management with an accent to differences between GIS and general information system. At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain phases of GIS projects; work with information on GIS project methods.
