- Course objectives
- The goal of this course is that students are able to: discuss the Czech intellectual property law in its international and communitarian framework; name, describe, calculate, explaine, differentiate, arrange and analyse the intellectual property rights and the basic elements of the protected objects; understand the legal dispositions with the protected objects and to apply this; discuss, analyse and judge the legal strategy of the intellectual property rights enforcement;
- Learning outcomes
