- Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
to understand the process management and workflow systems;
to learn to plan, execute and monitor business processes;
to learn to estimate, control and optimize the process time, cost and quality. - Learning outcomes
- Students will understand the basic concepts and principles of business process management. At the end of the course, the student will be able to design a simple process structure that he / she can develop and optimize in terms of time and cost.
