- Course objectives
- Annotation: The goal of the subject is to teach students the basic elements of skating, ice hockey and figure skating Teaching is mainly aimed at: skating forward and backward, stopping, cornering, crossovers forward and backward, cornering on the inner and outer edge forward, turns, small jumps and games on the ice. Part of the load is warming-up, stretching, loosening and stretching exercises along with mentioning safety regulations when teaching skating. The use of stretching to prevent injuries. Figure skating – rings forward on the inner and outer edge, preparatory eights, three-turns, three-jump, arabesque, spin on both legs, toe-loop, half lutz, half flip.
