Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to define the concept and outline the training plans multi- , to use the acquired knowledge to develop personalized plans     with regard to the swimming specialty. Can clarify issues related sports and swimming top with the studio daily routine of athletes. Oriented in the basic sports-technical documents Swimming Association.
