Course objectives
Student after successful completion of the course will be able to: * Assess the volume and intensity of stressful stimuli   * Work with your device (Sporttester) that allow monitoring of cardiac activity, the movement of athletes in the field     terms of mileage as well * Draw up a plan for training and microcycle in   mezocyklus context of sport, the training, fitness and age category of wards * Apply the theoretical knowledge into practice *   To schedule training with regard to the allocated group of athletes * Implement training in the junior category   and adults * Work with software training diary athlete and coach
Syllabus
  • - Students are assigned to sports clubs, or clubs, according to the chosen specialization. - Students train athletes at peak performance or sport. -   In the sections assigned to practice under the supervision of the selected coach. -   In practice, the emphasis is on:  Ability to plan and training mikrocykly mezocykly under the leadership of coach of various kinds (application of theoretical foundations to practical plane)  Ability to lead and monitor the training unit (conditional character) and the performance of top athletes in the junior category   or adults under the guidance of head coach  Ability to implement training health unit or compensatory nature  Ability to assess training load using instrumentation (Sporttester)  A sense of collective cooperation ("inclusion of the team")  Access to and management of athletes  Training control
