Course objectives
After successful completion of the course Specialization III - Fitness training will be students able to:
- Interpret the basis of planning and periodization of fitness training
- Implement training plans fitness training units, mikrocycles mezocycles and macrocycles
- Record and analyze training load
- Describe the theoretical fitness   training in different sports - Rate of development of motor skills
- Explain the context of the development of motor skills

Teaching methods
lectures, seminars and workshops, self-study through e - learning.
Assessment methods
active participation in practical teaching skills and prove to meet the requirements of a written test and demonstrate the proper techniques of selected strength exercises. The test will consist of 30 questions. 28 closed and 2 open (treatment plans for selected training unit). For successful completion is necessary to achieve at least 70% success rate.
