- Course objectives
- Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to build students' legal awareness and acquire basic orientation in the position of the physical and legal person.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course the student will be able to: orientation in legal matters in the field of sport, v the status of a physical and legal person (athlete, referee, coach, official, club, association, etc.) the Czech legal system and the system of EU legal norms, taking into account the autonomy of sport and the internal legal norms of individual sports.

- 1 First Aspects of relations legislation and internal standards, including specific sports Sport 2 State relations and sport, support and funding for sport in CR 3 The relationship of sport and law , impact on sports bodies fourth 4 Taxes sports entities 5 th Entities in sports, legal and natural persons - pitfalls relationships within unions 6 th Czech professionalism, presentation and contract seventh 7 Contractual relations sporting bodies, form, content , pitfalls 8th Responsibility in sport and the boundary between civil and criminal 9th Responsibility in autonomous entities according to internal standards 10th Legal protection in the sport in the Czech Republic on the 11th Legal protection in sport in the world and 12th OH EU intervention in sport and ESD 13th Sport and doping scandals
