Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to present sport as social-cultural phenomenon reflecting dynamics of the modern world, intersts and scitivties of mankind. The task for sociology of sport is to descrive and explain socially and culturally determined role of sport in society.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to apply his/her knowledge about ralations between sport and society, aks critical questions about functions of sport in social life and define the topical and variable problems of sport.
