Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
Bodystyling is aerobic bodybuilding exercise, where fitness and the cardiovascular system are improved when exercising regularly. It is focused on training of the main muscle groups. It is performed with music of medium rate, and the weight of your own bodies as well as different sports aids are used, such as dumbbells, rubber bands, poles, bossus and overballs. Lectures include aerobic parts and bodybuilding sections. Simple steps of aerobics are combined with bodybuilding exercises. Lectures are focused on body-shaping and the improvement of fitness.
In the course, other forms of body-styling are used, such as power step, tabata, bosu,interval and circuit workout.

  • 1. Training of the basic aerobics steps
  • 2. Training of the correct bodybuliding techniques in basic position
  • 3. The interconnection of aerobics steps and bodybuilding exercises into simple choreogaphies
  • 4. Training of the correct bodybuliding techniques on a mat
  • 5. The practice of bodybuliding exercises with various sports aids
  • 6. Final stretching
