Course objectives
At the end of the course students are able:
become aware of risks and possibilities of selfdefence situation
distinguish phases of selfdefence situation
describe basics of selfdefence
react according to different types of conflick situation
apply learnt skills and strategies in model mugging
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will: - become aware of risks and possibilities of self-defence mechanisms - be able to explain the nature and mechanisms of self-defence - be able to react appropriately to different conflict situations - be able to apply the obtained skills and strategies in a model conflict situation (mugging)
