Metodický výstup s praktickými i teoretickými znalostmi. Seminární práce: Aplikace aerobiku do speciální treninkové jednotky. Samostudium – využití literatury, seznámení s praktickými hodinami aerobiku, základní informace o soutěžích v aerobiku. Práce s hudbou. Sestavení aerobní hodiny Theoretical and practical knowledge exam.
