- Course objectives
- The course is a theoretical as well as practical introduction of the exercise based on traditional yoga where the changes between poses are fluent and dynamical. Body building and stretching are included into the basic successions.The theory is included in the training if the exercise character requires.

- cvičení,zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku,která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1xmožná absencebez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time -student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce
