Student bude na konci tohoto kurzu schopen: - zvládat základní principy dyadické interakce - rozpozná typ předstartovních stavů, soutěžní stavy a psychologická selhání - zvládne základní principy regulačních prostředků a bude je umět uplatnit pro potřeby sportovců

  • 1. Psychologie koučování a její zařazení do systému psychologie sportu 2. Práce kouče a trenéra a rozdíly mezi nimi 3. Předstartovní a startovní stavy, soutěžní stavy a jejich regulace 4. Psychologická selhání při sportovní činnosti a proncipy regulace 5. Modelovaný trénink 6. Dyadická interakce a její využívání ve vybraných sportovních odvětvích 7. Péče o duševní hygienu sportovce 8. Asertivita v práci kouče
