Course objectives
After successful completion of the course "Conditioning III" will be able to: - Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of Conditioning - Describe the general and special exercises for the development of selected motor skills in the context of different sports - Demonstrate the technique of selected exercises in the gym and playground (athletics stadion) - Correctly record and critically evaluate the training parameters

Teaching methods
Practical exercises in gym, athletics stadion and plygraund.
Assessment methods
Credits are awarded based on student out successfully passing the final written test and the recognition of sufficient quality of workmanship of the project team. The test consists of 15 closed questions (4 options to answer one question) rated 15 points. The successful completion is necessary to obtain at least 11 points. The content of the project team (maximum 3 persons / project) will be the creation of 2 units of detailed training plans for selected sports discipline and the annual training cycle (range 1-3 pages A4). Evaluated the ability to apply theoretical knowledge gained in drawing up plans. For each plan you can get 2 points (total of 4 points per project). Minimum threshold for recognition of satisfactory quality of the project are 3 points.
