Course objectives
Creation of free reports, the development of gymnastics skills and creativity Consistency of movement with music in the exercises without equipment Fundamentals of Engineering exercises with hoop and ribbon Fundamentals of classical dance technique in the application to MG
Syllabus
  • The basic technique exercises with skipping rope, ribbon and tires. Improving correct posture, and supervised movements, wave arms, reflecting the development of techniques gymnastics jumps.
