- Prerequisites
- Students will learn about the modern aids and supply of exercise. Students will acquire theoretical, practical foundation exercises to individuals at different ages could develop: 1 upright posture - become, go, (even after the injury) 2 control movements (move in the desired direction) (correct movement technique) 3 move body mass, (the proper conduct of the movement) 4 absorption rebounds impacts; (correct option exercises) 5 protect the spine and internal organs. (stock exercises, which protects the internal organs)

- Course objectives
- Students will learn about modern aids and supply of exercise. - Modern devices + repeat (TRX, gutax - balance rope, gravity, pump FX, move it - a complex exercise, functional training, kettlbell, balance sheets Motor skills - cutting, definition and use of exercise to balančního develop motor skills and the supply of training from an early age to seniors Determinants balančního practical exercises in an hour, the supply of exercise for children, after accidents and for the elderly Methods, forms and procedures for development of balance of power aids Application of strength training after injury for children - specificity for seniors - specificity Core training with Bosu using the tools, platform balance, TRX, balance ropes
