Course objectives
The student will be able to successfully completing the course: * Evaluate the training process aimed at developing young athlete fitness site with the assigned trainer   * Compile training session focused on the development of selected motor skills in youth   * Apply theoretical knowledge into practice * Schedule a training session with   respect to the assigned group of athletes *   Implement training in different conditions (pitch, swimming pool, gym ...) * Evaluated through rapid reverse engineering technique of a given motor task * Work with the software Training diary athletes (evidence of training indicators)
Syllabus
  • - Students are assigned to sports teams or clubs according to the chosen specialization. - Students train young athletes (students, cadets, juniors) - V ~ allocated sections are practicing under the supervision of selected coach (26 hours).   In the course of practice, emphasis is placed on:  Ability to plan training unit under the leadership of various coach, fitness character (application of theoretical foundations to practical levels - 24 preparations)  Ability to lead training unit under the leadership of coach (12 units)  Ability to assess training load (analysis of indicators of load   Software Training diary athlete)  Ability to assess technical performance of movement and provide athletes quick feedback on the quality   physical activities (Dartfish software)  professional qualifications  access and management of athletes  Control of fitness
