Course objectives
The course is focused on practicing and learning the basic principles and methods of experiential education. Students will learn the basic theoretical background and concepts of the theory of experiential and reflective learning and the basics of working with a group, and then think through applications on themselves, different techniques of experiential education immediately tested. While not neglecting important methodological reflection trial at the conclusion of the various programs and activities. In the second half of the semester students will carry out some of the techniques of the experiential education. Under the supervision of the participants and lecturers the students will receive feedback on their leadership method and will consolidate the acquired skills. After completing the course, students acquire necessary skills field of experiential education and will be able to independently implement these techniques into practice.

  • Dating techniques. Icebreakers. Warm-up techniques. Dynamics and problem solving techniques. Activities to promote group cohesion. Experiential education techniques. Methodological reflection.
