- At the end of the course students should be able to:
know and consider a basic knowledge of sports anthropology and stress tests.
They should can apply the knowledge in planning and coaching of P.E., exercise and sport training. - Syllabus
- Introduction, limiting factors of sport performance.
- Sports anthropology I - body size, shape and composition.
- Sports anthropology II - body grow maturity, biological age, dynamometry.
- Stress tests I - aim, safety, functional indicators.
- Stress testsII - aerobic and anaerobic tests.
- Stress testsIII anaerobic threshold.
- Stress tests IV - energy output.
- Biorythm and sport performance
- Heart rate variability.
