- Course objectives
- The aim of subject Track and Field 2 is provide theoretical knowledge and training practical skills:
technique of throw a ball
technique of long jump
hurdle running - step and čstep rhytm
rules of track and field discussed events - Learning outcomes
- After successful completion of the course "Athletics I" the students will be able to:
- have to prove the knowledge of the basic rules of studied athletics disciplines
- manage the correct technique of ball throw, long jump and hurdles run (three and four step rhytm)
- will be able to demonstrate mastery of basic rules studied athletics disciplines, warm up and structure of the lessons - Syllabus
- 01. lesson – an introduction to the subject "Athletic I
- 02.–04. lesson – training technique of the ball throw (technique, training excersise, structure of the lesson, games)
- 05.–09. lesson – long jump training technique (technique, basic excersise to run up, take off, flight and landing, structure of the lesson, games)
- 10.–12. lesson – training technique hurdle races
- 13. lesson – credit test and fullfilment of practical requirements
