- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course focuses on the practice of all kinds of strokes as well as on the introduction of the rules and tennis competitions.
- Syllabus
- The course runs in the Tennis Hall, Mánesova 12c in Královo Pole. 8 students can participate in one seminar group.Students are divided into 3 groups according to the level of their skills: beginners intermediate advanced It is important to accept these group divisions when students register.
