- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles and approaches to development fitness, performance and achieving maximum performance in sport. The tasks include learning characteristics of the development of motor skills, the content of the various components of sports training, technology and sports management process, the effects of sports training and diagnostics. An important part is the illumination of sports training as a pedagogical process with its specific sport didactics. Part of the seminar is the seminar outputs of the students on the specified issue.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course the student should be able to: - to characterize the historical development of sports training - define goals and tasks of sports training - Explain and name the basic concepts, sport performance, performance, classification of sports performance; - Explain the process of adapting the body to training suggestions - can handle performance development by appropriate training suggestions - Apply the general features of building sports training to the specific needs of individual sports disciplines and disciplines - analyze the effects of sports training - Prepare a training course plan to manage this process - Identify talent for the sports industry

- lectures, drills, homeworking Seminar teaching mixed, form outputs seminar for students on issues and practical activities for the development and performance trénovanosti.

- Written test using PC (close answers), condition to successfully pass the exam is 80% of the total score result for a particular test, active participation at the seminars,elaboration of a seminar paper on selected topic, and its PowerPoint presentation.
