Course objectives
The aim of the educational event is to use Bossa and Bosu® balance stretches in the training process within the framework of conditioning and compensatory training with a focus on the specific requirements of individual sports. CORE training, within the educational process of TV and sports training, develops movement abilities and skills based on the perception of one's own body. It emphasizes conscious control of one's own movement and maintaining correct technique, breathing, including correct body position. At the same time, it also shows the possibilities of using balance aids in the training process, especially in fitness training with a focus on the specific requirements of individual sports.
Learning outcomes
Using the CORE exercise program to achieve improved balance between the muscular systems of the postural and phasic chains, improve movement stereotypes, conditioning and coordination skills, and eliminate the risk of injury. Basic terminology of physical exercises, basic anatomy and physiology of physical exercises. Concentration, control, breathing, flow, precision, core. -Theoretical basis - healthy movement and correct posture, position of individual segments of the musculoskeletal system, explanation of the terms deep stabilization system (HSS) and core (center of the body). Introduction to balance aids Bossa and Bosu®, health aspects of exercise and core activation in kinetic chains, specifics of exercise programs using balance aids in core training, basics of first aid. -Practical basis - methodological and didactic principles of exercise programs using core and balance sections (slow forms of the so-called Body and Mind - new forms of relaxation and release, static and dynamic balance exercises). Use of core in the training process of various sports and fitness (cardiovascular aerobic training, strength training, strengthening of stabilizing muscles, flexibility training). Possibilities of fitness training, especially for the development of fitness and coordination skills in the preparatory training period, e.g. for volleyball, basketball, hockey, football and other sports).
