- Course objectives
- Psychology of Handicap The conception of the course on "Psychology of handicap" offered here uses the knowledge of and is based on the point of view of social psychology. This view of life of a person with disability allows certain generalization, which is shared by all different categories covered by the term "handicap". Important topics concerned in the course are integration of the disabled person in the society, adaptation of the family to the handicap of the child and adaptation to the handicap in the life of an individual. The aim of the course is to mediate information connected with the topic of "handicap" and to contribute to the future professional preparation and growth of the participants.
