- Course objectives
- On successful completion of the course student will be able to:
- orientate oneself in the structure, forms and rules of academic study of psychology;
- describe in basic terms main historical schools in psychology;
- work correctly with literature when writing his/her own texts (semester papers and Bachelor's thesis);
- apply general psychological concepts to concrete material (on elementary level) - Syllabus

- Theoretical lectures, class discussions, experiential exercises, reading, semestral paper.
- Assessment methods
- Final exam in the form of written test (for successful completion necessary to acquire at least 7 of 15 points). Semester paper, evaluated through a point mark (again necessary to obtain at least 7 of 15 points) and a brief written commentary. Presence on seminars is required.
