Course objectives
The subject aims at the ability to understand the relevant psychological themes (mental health and illness, body, child raising, emotions, identity, death) from the point of view of Cultural Anthropolgy. The emphasis will be given on ability to apply anthropological perspective in psychological research and practice.
At the end of this course, student should be able:
- to explain basic terms and apply anthropological perspective in psychological research and practice
- to be acquitanted with historical development of cultural antropology
- to apply cultural anthropology findings for understanding of actual socio-cultural phenomenon

Teaching methods
Monology preferentially lecture, alternatively explanation. Dialogue method based on the discussion and dialoque on a in advance chosen topic,or, alternativelly literature. The subject matter analysis of the text.
