- The aim is to prepare students for the practice in Internet counselling centre at our Department.
- Learning outcomes
- Student is able to compose answer to internet delivered question.
Student is able to help his/her colleagues to create propriate answer in Internet counselimng centre and to learn in the course of supervision. - Syllabus
- Internet counselling. Ethics in Internet counselling. The foundations of crisis intervention in context of Internet counselling. Forms and issues in IP. The kinds of questions. Faults in process of answering. What is a contract in IP? Structure of answers. Team and team work. Reflections.
