- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce the student to the theoretical context and practical application of selected styles of leadership. The information obtained to help students to establish a style of leadership that is based on their individual potential.
- Learning outcomes
- Graduates of the course will be able to understand:
what it means to lead people;
what is the role of the leader;
what qualities should have a leader;
principles of effective leadership;
