- Course objectives
- The course is designed to be supportive because it aims to improve the ability and skills of Slovak students to use Czech as the nearest foreign language with which they come into contact not only during their university studies, but also in connection with their employment in the Czech labor market. , enhancement of spelling and stylistic certainty, expansion of passive and active vocabulary, awareness of matches and differences between Czech and Slovak, etc.). The course will try to meet the specific needs of the trainees.

- Improvement of expressive skills in Czech, strengthening of spelling and stylistic certainty, expansion of passive and active vocabulary, awareness of differences and differences between Czech and Slovak.
- Syllabus
- Thematic units to be selected with students (as needed): orthoepy and orthography, orthography - selected phenomena such as subject / adjectival matching i / y, writing s / z, capital letters, adjectives (patterns, declension), special-purpose and action adjectives, numerals and their declension and spelling, morphological themes - verbs, nouns, adjectives, pronouns, lexicum - stratification (vocabulary / non-literacy, neutrality / colloquiality), vocabulary development, completion or translation, stylistics and stylistic means - basic differences between spoken and written, literary and non-literary expression, administrative style and inflection of Czech surnames, the question of howl and courtesy in communication.
