- Course objectives
- OBJECTIVES:
- to facilitate practical experience in the field of HR management and development in selected organizations to motivated and talented students;
- to provide students feedback on their first practical work experience in professional positions;
- to provide students methodological support during the process of confrontation of the practical problems with the theoretical concepts.
- to enable interconnection between theoretical and methododological work on diploma thesis of students and solving practical problems in HRM on the level of companies. This knowledge is used and utilitized by students during work on their diploma thesis.
- to provide employers/selected organizations chance to find and train new potential talents/emploees; - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students will be able:
- to aplly so far gained theoretical knowledge in the field of human resource development and management in practical situations in organizations
- to identify and analyse the condition of human resource management practice and practical problems of the current human resource development and management practice, and critically reflect them with the regard to their theoretical explanation
- to be oriented in managerial roles and tasks of the personnel departments in organizations, to reflect them and be able to perform them in the future
- suggest and explain an adequate method of organizational research;
- plan data gathering in organizations, identify, reflect and solve possible difficulties during data gathering;
- to present and argue their suggestions and receive and give feedback - Syllabus
