- Course objectives
- The course offers a unique opportunity to become familiar with topics and problems that affect current practice of social work, social policy, and human resource development. Lecturers from among the graduates of the Department of Social Policy and Social Work of FSS MU will not only present the activities of their organizations, but will also discuss new challenges and initiatives that they encounter in their every day professional activities. The participants of the course will thus be able to meet a number of leading experts and experts, but they will also encounter a wide variety of perspectives and viewpoints that resonate in practice and open up interesting and sometimes burning questions. The course will also be an opportunity for informal discussions and debates, which are sure to stimulate further curiosity and professional growth.

- Course completion conditions:
For successful completion of the course, the student receives 2 ECTS. The condition for obtaining them is participation in at least 6 meetings and processing a reflection on the selected topic of one of the lecturer's presentations.
Ad Participation:
Participation means an online connection to lectures with the camera running.
Ad Reflection:
The goal of the reflection is a theoretical reflection of the selected problem or topic presented by the lecturer. The scope of the reflection is set at 600-800 words. In the reflection, at least five separate professional sources will be used, which the student will use when processing his text. The reflection will be written in TMN 10 font, line spacing 1. The reflection must be submitted to the subject drop-in office no later than 15/12/2022. Citation Standard APA7. - Language of instruction
