Course objectives
Main objectives of the course can be summarized as follows: - to continue the recognizing of Civil Law - to understand the juridical relationship of the special part of Civil Law - to understand the system of special part of Civil Law and whole system of Civil Law - to understand the theoretical concept of the juridical relationships regulated in the special part of Civil Law - to master the practical applications of the special Civil Law relationships - to understand the development of the special civil law relationships in the Czech Republic, in the frame of European Union Law and in the member states of EU
