Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to: - understand the nature of the dispute settlement based in an amicable basis - be able work with the different informations, which arise in the framework of dispute settlements - understand different technics of conciliation, mediation, med-arb - understand the nature of an arbitration in internal and international area - understand the regulation of the mediation in family matters

  • 1.Introduction - the explanation of the nature ADR. 2. Mediation. Conciliation. 3. Arbitration. Med-arb. 4. Mediation in family matters.

Case study in writing. Student will present this study at the coloquium.
