Course objectives
This course is primarily for the students of the Administrative Law and Environmental Law who have their dissertation thesis focused on administrative law. This course targets the issues of prevention and economical tools within the scope of environmental law.
Syllabus
  • Prevention within the scope of environmental law. Prevention of serious industrial incidents. Integrated licensing. The system of legal liability within the scope of environmental law. Environmental damage. Limitation of proprietary rights on account of environmental protection. Compensation for limiting proprietary rights on account of environmental protection. The system of economical tools with respect to environmental protection.
