- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to practice knowleges gained in civil law and civil procedure law.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations.

- 1. Legal remedies; appeal. 2. Extraordinary legal remedies. 3. Execution - general part. 4. Attachment of salary and other income; commandment of claim. 5. Sale of movable and immovable assets, sale of a business. 6. Satisfaction of rights to non- pecuniary fulfilment. 7. Execution according to execution order. 8. Insolvency I. 9. Insolvency II. 10.
