- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to orientate the student in the field of legal regulation of insurance.
- Learning outcomes
- By completing this course student will be able to understand the functioning of the insurance sector and will be oriented in the legal regulation of insurance.

The scope of the text from the compulsory literature (Finanční a daňové právo, pp. 251-270) is limited only to the topics in the syllabus. The remaining text is recommended and expands knowledge.
