Course objectives
Simplifications of Administrative Procedure is a course that deals with the legal regulation of administrative procedure in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Republic of Poland and Hungary. This course is also one of results of the project that was supperted by the Visegrad Fund. The main purpose of this course is to introduce administrative procudres in all V4 countries and deal with possible simplifications in legal regulation.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course students should be able to:
- Understand what the administrative procedure is and what is its legal regulation
- Define, how looks like the legal regulation of administrative procedure in all V4 countries
- Analyze and define possible simplification of administrative procedure
