Course objectives

Goal of the course is the understanding of principal economic policies of the European Union, having impact on the domestic business and international trade.

Learning outcomes

The graduate of the course is capable to assess the application of competition law of the EU and impact of agricultural and environmental policies on business. He recognises consequences of the single currency and its absence in Czechia and the features of EU budget.

• /2/ state aid control, public procurement, demonopolisation,
• /3/ common agricultural policy,
• /4/ environmental protection,
• /5/ EU budget,
• /6/ single currency and its absence in Czechia.
