- Course objectives
- The course focuses on the law obligations – contracts, delicts and other sources of obligations. It also covers general aspects of obligations. It is focused both on specific institutes and the development.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students will be able to;
Characterize the specifics of obligations and specific institutes of law of obligations;
Explain the development of specific institutes;
Analyse circumstances in which these institutes were developed - Syllabus
