Course objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able to to use commercial papers in practice and interpret basic rules concerning commercial papers (e.g.holder in due doctrine).
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course, students will be able to understand the legal regulation of securities. They will be able to describe the advantages and disadvantages of the securitization of claims, tcompare individual types of securities and identify their functions.
