- Course objectives
- The course aims to provide students with an introductory understanding of procedural law disciplines.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion, students should comprehend the purpose and types of procedural law, as well as the underlying principles. Additionally, students should be able to grasp the fundamental procedural institutions and their functions.
