- Course objectives
- The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge about the complex social phenomenon of "public administration" (territorial self-government, including) and develops the ability to explain the connections and relationships between public administration law and general administrative law and other branches of law (especially constitutional law), as well as the ability to convey the acquired knowledge to students in the teaching process.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of this course, students will: - have the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge of the complex social phenomenon of "public administration" (territorial self-government, including) - are able to explain the links between public administration and general administrative law and other branches of law. (especially then with constitutional law) - they can convey the acquired knowledge to students in the teaching process.

- Public administration and territorial self-government: - general definition of public administration - distinction between public and private administration - organizational and functional understanding of public administration - subsystem "state administration" (concept and essence of state administration, external and internal focus of state administration activities) - subsystem "self-government" , with an emphasis on territorial self - government (the concept and essence of self - government, ie territorial self - government, external and internal focus of self - government activities).
