Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with an introductory understanding of procedural law disciplines.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion, students should comprehend the purpose and types of procedural law, as well as the underlying principles. Additionally, students should be able to grasp the fundamental procedural institutions and their functions.

  • methods of dispute resolution (including methods based on the intervention of a third party as a decision-maker) procedure, procedural law and procedural rules types of procedure (judicial, administrative); jurisdiction, competence judiciary, court system and its organisation the concept of civil procedure and its types concept of criminal procedure concept of administrative judicial procedure concept of proceedings before the Constitutional Court administrative authorities the concept of administrative procedure principles of procedural law the right of access to the courts sectoral principles procedural relationship procedural subjects procedural acts evidence decisions appeal systems and remedies enforcement and execution
